Microsoft has started rolling out the Windows 10 Mobile upgrade for a select number of older Windows Phones that are not in the Insider program. If you want to see if your specific Windows Phone can get the upgrade, we have the list of those devices as provided by Microsoft.
The availability of Windows 10 Mobile as an upgrade for existing Windows Phone 8.1 devices that are running Lumia Denim with the OS version:8.10.14219.341 and varies by device manufacturer, device model, country or region, mobile operator or service provider, hardware limitations and other factors. To check if your device is supported and other important information, visit your device manufacturer's website."
You can also download the official Upgrade Advisor app from the Windows Store to see if your phone is getting the upgrade today.
I checked using the upgrade advisor yesterday night to see if it is out and yes it is and i use a Nokia Lumia 1520.
