Wow! Tinsel Has Produced Three Couples So far

M-Net produced TV series, Tinsel, has made history as the first platform to produce 3 celebrity couples who met on its set. One of the couples even acted as couples in the TV series.

Many people would have dated on the set of Tinsel but not all dates on the set ended up in marriage. Be that as it may, Tinsel has produced more couples within a short time that any other TV series.

Love stories on M-Net started with Iyke Okechukwu popularly known as Chuks on set and Florence Uwaleke also known as Ene on Tinsel. The couple met on the set of Tinsel  and acted as couple in the television series only for it to become a reality for them as they fell in love.

Chuks and Ene make real what they acted on television when they officially got married on 17 April, 2013. The couple has a daughter between them.Despite getting married the couple still ply the trade as actors and entertainers.

The next set of couple from Tinsel is Chris Attoh and Damilola Adegbite. Many never believed their romance would end up in marriage as Chris is a Ghanaian while Damilola is from Nigeria but their love was able to tear the veil of cross-border marriage. The couple had a baby boy before formalizing their union and many felt it will end there as baby mama and baby daddy.

Last valentine day, February 14, Damilola and Chris sealed their marriage when they officially got married in Ghana while Nigerians were busy electing their leaders.

For Gbenro Ajibade and Osas Ighodaro, their relationship was a hush-hush thing until they got engaged. They were able to make their relationship out of public glare despite dating for over a year. It when they announced their engagement that many became aware of their relationship.

The couple had their traditional wedding on June 20 in Benin and sealed it up in Brooklyn, USA last Saturday, July 4 when they held their white wedding.
