How time flies, comedian, Aletile Idileoye Oluwaseyitan popularly known as Seyi Law, who has spent ten years as a stand-up comedian in a chat with HipTv recounts his first experience on stage.

In his words, “At a time I had to ask God if comedy was what I was going to do, in 2008 at ‘Asa Live On Stage’ I came up on stage as an MC, after introducing myself I overheard one of the top dignitaries saying where is Ali Baba, Basketmouth and who is this? At that point it was as if they took everything that was in me”.
He also spoke about how he so messed up while introducing an act “I messed up at the first performance I remember I introduced GT Da Guitaman and I used long like 7times.” It was a real blab on stage. According to him it was when I got back stage that he was able to look up to God and asked if this is really his profession he will hate to intervene.
He further narrated how he performed his next show which was 45minutes straight with people laughing and sheering him on. “That was when I was dawn on me that this is my profession; I started comedy in 2005 and anchored my first professional show in 2007 making it 10years on stage and 8years as a professional comedian.
