CULTISM: Police Arrest Seven In Lekki, Ajah

Leadership reports that seven people suspected to have been involved in the recent shooting of five youths in Ajah area of Lagos state, have been arrested by the police.
One of the suspects identified as Kazeem Olokodana, who was arrested with six others have been taken in by police for interrogation despite threats from their fellow cultists to cause chaos in the state if they are not released swiftly.

It was also learnt that the police have begun investigation and surveillance on the situation and have arrested many more youths, who had a hand in the melee that caused the deaths of the five people.
To press further with their investigations, police are searching for leader of the national union of road transport workers, Oyebanji branch, Lagos Island, Alhaji Mustapha Adekunle, aka Seego, who is on the run.
The state command spokesman, Ken Nwosu, despite confirming the arrests declined to state specifically the number of the suspects apprehended.
He revealed that the police were still working to get other fingered notorious youths, who are believed to be among those terrorising the state. Tension has continued to mount on Lagos Island and Ajah area as some aggrieved youths supporting both the five boys that were shot dead recently and their opponents planned reprisal attacks.
Meanwhile, police had arrested two suspected cultist in Enugu state following a tip-off from anonymous citizens.
The students were arrested by members of the Special Anti-roberry Squad (SARS)
