A tragic accident has claimed the lives of three National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members and a driver along Kwale road in Delta State.
According to Leadership report, the back tyre of the Nissan Primera pulled off and the driver rammed into a stationary truck.
Before the accident, the driver, whose name is yet-to-be ascertained was said to have rushed his ill relative to an undisclosed hospital. Unfortunately, the sick relative died before they got to the hospital and his corpse was deposited in a morgue.
On his way back, the grief-stricken driver picked up three corps members in his car. As they were speeding along the Kwale road, the back tyres pulled out and that’s when he lost control of the car.
H rammed into a truck which was parked on the left side of the road.
When the scene of the accident was visited by Leadership correspondent, the corpses of the dead travelers and driver had been taken away.
There were however traces of blood and the ruins of the damaged vehicle and truck.
Last week, a female NYSC member was found dead in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital. Her lifeless body was found on the street at Government Reservation Area, GRA, on May 24, Sunday night.
